We will create the official artwork for each release. Logos will not be included, except our own, unless deemed necessary by our team. We may provide pre-made artwork options or work on a specific artwork when appropriate.
We reserve the right to decide the release date to ensure proper scheduling and promotion.
In rare cases, we may finalize or adjust the track name to maintain artistic or catalog consistency.
All tracks will be mastered by Subnautique Records to ensure consistent audio quality.
Signed artists must log in to our platform (Ampsuite) and provide:

We promote each release across our platforms, but we also expect artists to actively share and support their own releases. Collective effort is key to growth.
We strictly prohibit fake or artificial streaming activity. Detection will result in immediate takedown.
Artists must ensure their tracks do not infringe on any third-party copyrights. Any claims or damages related to copyright violations are the artist’s full responsibility.
Royalties are distributed quarterly through Ampsuite, based on reports from our distribution partners. Payments are sent via PayPal or bank transfer. Subnautique Records retains a 50% share unless otherwise agreed.
